I
believe my technique is O.K. but perhaps I’m
hitting the bag harder than necessary. I wear
wraps and decent bag gloves. I’ve been searching
the Internet for an article on this very issue for
some time and couldn’t find an answer. I’m sure

You get a lot of pain when you have to do anything, not to mention that you now have to eat some foods and steer clear of others. It would have been so much better if you could have done that before you fell ill.
